JUDr. Lenka Smolíková, LL.M.

Lenka Smolíková has been practicing law since 1997 and was admitted to the Czech Bar in 2000. Lenka focuses on real estate, employment and company law as well as on the Law on Obligations, including in particular transactions having an international element.

During her ten years of practice in the international law firm, she gained broad experience in the areas of real estate and company law, working largely for German-speaking clients.

After she advised on all legal aspects of the energy business. She has headed her own independent law practice since 2010.

Lenka graduated from Masaryk University Law School in Brno in 1996. She participated in a half-year program at the Europa-Kolleg Hamburg and received her LL.M. from the University of Passau, Germany. In working with foreign clients, Lenka draws upon experience gained while studying and working for extended periods in Austria and Germany. She regularly gives presentations and lectures on today's hottest legal topics. She is registered as a court interpreter for German.

Lenka speaks Czech, German and English.
